Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions
Kaizen Summit

Effective Date: 25/03/26

1. Overview

The Kaizen Summit Affiliate Programme allows approved affiliates (“Affiliate”, “you”) to promote access to the Kaizen Summit community portal and earn commission for successful referrals.

By registering as an affiliate, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old.

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

Kaizen Summit reserves the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at its discretion.

3. Affiliate Portal Access

Affiliates will receive access to an affiliate dashboard within the Kaizen Summit platform.

This can be accessed via the portal menu (top-right “9 dots” icon → “Affiliates”).

The dashboard will provide tracking links, referral data, and commission information.

4. Commission Structure

Affiliates will earn a one-time commission equal to the first month’s payment (£9.97) for each successful referral.

A referral is considered successful when: The referred user signs up via your unique affiliate link, and The first payment has been successfully processed.

No recurring commissions are payable.

5. Tracking & Attribution

Referrals are tracked via unique affiliate links.

If a user does not use your link, or tracking fails due to user/browser settings, Kaizen Summit is not responsible for untracked referrals.

The last valid affiliate link clicked before purchase may be used for attribution.

6. Payment Terms

Commission payments will be made 15 days after the end of each calendar month.

A minimum payout threshold may apply.

Payments will only be made for valid, completed transactions where the referred customer’s first payment has been successfully received and not refunded.

Kaizen Summit reserves the right to withhold, delay, or reverse commissions in cases of: Refunds Chargebacks Fraudulent, suspicious, or non-genuine referrals

7. Affiliate Responsibilities

You agree to:

Promote Kaizen Summit in a truthful, ethical, and lawful manner.

Not make misleading claims about the service or expected outcomes.

Comply with all applicable UK laws and regulations, including: Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) guidelines Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008

Clearly disclose affiliate relationships where required (e.g. “This is an affiliate link”).

8. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must not:

Engage in spam, unsolicited messaging, or mass emailing without consent.

Use paid ads bidding on Kaizen Summit branded terms without permission.

Misrepresent Kaizen Summit or impersonate the brand.

Attempt to manipulate or game the tracking system.

Refer themselves or create fake accounts to generate commission.

9. Intellectual Property

Affiliates may use approved Kaizen Summit branding and materials for promotional purposes.

All intellectual property remains the property of Kaizen Summit.

Use of branding must not damage or misrepresent the brand.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate participation in the affiliate programme at any time.

Kaizen Summit may terminate accounts immediately in cases of breach of these terms.

Any unpaid commissions may be forfeited if termination is due to misconduct.

11. Limitation of Liability

Kaizen Summit will not be liable for:

Any indirect or consequential loss

Loss of income, revenue, or business opportunities arising from participation in the programme

12. Data Protection

Personal data will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR and the Kaizen Summit Privacy Policy.

Data will only be used for managing the affiliate relationship and related communications.

13. Amendments

Kaizen Summit reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes where appropriate.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
