For people who carry a lot for other people.
This is for people who carry a lot for other people and still hold themselves to a standard. You do not need a service background. You need to be ready to do the work.
Not a team programme. Not a spectator sport.
If you are struggling and need urgent support, call Samaritans on 116 123.
A routine breaks. The standard drifts.
Most people do not fail for lack of effort. A routine breaks, life gets heavier, and the standard you set drifts.
Kaizen is built around a system that holds on the bad days, and people who notice when it slips.
A system, the courses, and the company.
