• Respectful Conduct: The community is built on accountability and respect. Harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate termination of access.
• Confidentiality: Members often share sensitive business information. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any private business matters discussed by other members within the app.
• No Spam: Self-promotion or solicitation outside of designated networking areas is strictly prohibited.

3. Services and Subscriptions

We offer leadership mentoring, business strategy consulting, and access to our digital community.

• Payments: Subscription fees for the community app and mentoring programs are billed in advance on a recurring basis, as agreed upon during sign-up.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, methodologies, and materials provided through the website, mentoring sessions, and the Community App are the exclusive intellectual property of Kaizen Summit Ltd.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary materials without explicit written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our services provide strategic guidance and leadership mentoring. However, we do not guarantee specific financial results or business outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Kaizen Summit Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of our services or community app.
