Returns & Refunds Policy

    1. Overview

    Kaizen Summit Ltd primarily provides digital products and services, including online courses, downloadable resources, community memberships, and digital programmes. We do not sell or ship physical goods through our store.

    Where services are delivered face-to-face — including in-person events, workshops, mastermind days, or mentoring sessions — Kaizen Summit Ltd takes full ownership of the delivery and experience. Any concerns or issues relating to face-to-face services will be handled directly and fairly by our team.

    By purchasing any product or service from Kaizen Summit Ltd, you agree to the terms set out in this policy.

    2. Digital Products

    Due to the instant-access nature of digital content, the following products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded:

    • Online courses and course modules
    • Downloadable frameworks, templates, and resources
    • Digital programmes and recorded content
    • Community app subscriptions (Kaizen Summit Community)

    If you experience a technical issue preventing access to a digital product you have purchased, please contact us immediately and we will resolve this promptly.

    3. Subscriptions & Memberships

    Subscription and membership cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to your membership until the cycle ends and will not be charged again thereafter. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.

    To cancel your subscription, contact us at dan.iles@kaizen-summit.com or manage your subscription directly within the community platform. Full terms are outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

    4. Face-to-Face Services & Events

    Kaizen Summit Ltd takes full ownership of the quality and delivery of all in-person services, including but not limited to:

    • In-person workshops and mastermind days
    • Live events and leadership summits
    • Face-to-face mentoring and coaching sessions

    If we are unable to deliver a confirmed face-to-face service due to circumstances within our control, you will receive either a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

    Cancellations by the client must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for a refund. Please contact us as early as possible if your circumstances change.

    5. Exceptional Circumstances

    We recognise that exceptional circumstances can arise. If you believe you are entitled to a refund outside of the standard terms above, please contact us directly. We will review all requests on a case-by-case basis and act fairly and reasonably at all times.
