What cookies are
Cookies and similar technologies are small files or pieces of stored information that a website places on your device. Some are needed for the site to work. Others are used only if you agree.
Your choices
When you first visit our website, we ask you to accept all, reject all, or manage your choices. Analytics and marketing are off unless you turn them on, except for the items listed under "Run by our website platform" and "Other services our pages call on" below, which our platform providers run and which our cookie settings do not control. You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings link on our website. Rejecting does not stop you using the site.
Essential
These are needed to keep our site and Community pages secure and working. We do not ask for consent for them.
| Name | Set by | Purpose | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
__cf_bm | Cloudflare, which protects our website, our image and file hosting and our Community pages | Tells real visitors from automated traffic | 30 minutes after your last activity |
ks_consent | Kaizen Summit | Remembers your cookie choices | 6 months |
cookie-consent (stored in your browser) | Kaizen Summit | Keeps a copy of your latest cookie choice, on our main website | Until you clear your browser data |

Run by our website platform
Our website is run on a platform provided by HighLevel. We understand that HighLevel sets the cookie below on our website, and it is set before you make a choice. Our cookie settings do not switch it off. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
| Name | Set by | Purpose | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
__vibe_sid | HighLevel, the provider of our website platform | Not yet confirmed. We are asking HighLevel in writing what it does, and we will update this page when they reply. | About 30 minutes after your last visit to a page. On a test visit on 1 November 2026 it was renewed when a page loaded again, so it can last longer while you keep browsing. HighLevel has not yet confirmed the lifetime. |
Analytics (only with your consent)
| Name | Set by | Purpose | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
_ga | Google Analytics (Google LLC) | Tells visitors apart so we can count how many people use the site | Up to 2 years |
_ga_R7XZ3LMVVG | Google Analytics (Google LLC) | Keeps the state of a visit for our Google Analytics property | Up to 2 years |
Some browsers shorten these. Google Analytics is not loaded on our website until you accept analytics. We do not use Google advertising features. The Marketing choice does not switch them on, and they stay off.
Marketing (only with your consent)
We use the Meta Pixel on two of our Community pages to measure whether our adverts on Facebook and Instagram work. The Meta Pixel is provided by Meta. Meta's Privacy Policy, at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/, says which Meta company is responsible for your information where you live. The pixel does not run on our main website. It stays off unless you choose Accept all, or you tick Marketing under Manage choices and save.
It is set up to run only on the Community About page and the Community private group page, and only when the page shows that you are not signed in. If you sign in, go to any Community page other than those two, or withdraw your consent, it is set up to stop.
When you open one of those two pages, it sends a PageView event to Meta, which tells Meta that the page was viewed. If the Subscribe button is on the page, it also sends a ViewContent event with the name Kaizen Community and the price, £9.97 (no VAT added). We do not send a purchase event, and we do not send your name or email address to Meta ourselves. Meta also receives the usual details a browser sends with any request, including your IP address, your browser type and the address of the page, and the identifiers in the table below.
| Name | Set by | Purpose | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
_fbp | Meta Pixel, on our own domain | A random identifier for your browser, so that Meta can measure the results of our adverts | 90 days, as Meta states. Some browsers shorten this. |
_fbc | Meta Pixel, on our own domain, only if the address you arrived on carries a Meta click identifier, for example from a link on Facebook or Instagram | Holds that click identifier, so that Meta can link your visit to the Facebook or Instagram link you clicked | 90 days, as Meta states. Some browsers shorten this. |
fr | Meta, on its own domain (facebook.com) | Meta states that it is used to deliver, measure and improve the relevance of adverts. Whether it is sent or set depends on your browser settings and on whether you are signed in to Facebook or Instagram. | 90 days, as Meta states |
Meta's Cookies Policy (effective 12th December 2023), read on 3rd November 2026.
To withdraw your consent, choose the Cookie settings button at the bottom left of a Community page, then Manage choices, untick Marketing and choose Save choices. You can also choose Reject all. The pixel stops, and the _fbp and _fbc cookies on our Community pages are deleted. We cannot remove the fr cookie from facebook.com, and we cannot recall events already sent to Meta, so you can also clear cookies in your browser settings and change your advert preferences with Meta. Meta describes its cookies at https://www.facebook.com/policies/cookies/.
Our Community pages include an affiliate tracker. It may set a cookie.
